Free tier
No Praato fee

Free means free from Praato. Meta's message fees still apply, and Meta bills them to you.
Business tier
R0.05 per message
- Every message counts, from the first
- No message limit
- Up to 10 team members
- Every feature, including the WhatsApp API
An example
3,000 messages in a month on the Business tier, incoming and outgoing together, cost R150 in Praato fees. Meta's message fees come on top, on Meta's own bill.
Meta's message fees
- Meta bills its message fees directly to your own card, not through Praato.
- Meta charges per message, by the message's category and your contact's country.
- Meta charges in a currency Meta chooses.
When the Free tier reaches its limit
- We warn you at 80% and 100% of your 1,000 messages.
- You then have a 3-day grace period.
- After that, outgoing messages pause, and incoming messages still arrive.
- Outgoing messages resume at the start of the next month, or as soon as you move to the Business tier.
How Business tier billing works
- You are invoiced monthly, in arrears.
- You pay by card, through Paystack.
- There is no contract.
- You can move back to the Free tier, or leave, at the end of any month.
